St Helens School Northwood
Date of Visit: 30th March 2006
The brief: “Chris – following on from our very busy school year, we are anxious to set up a one-off workshop for our Y12 Economics girls (about 20 in all) who need an afternoon’s revision and support for Edexcel Module 2 “Markets – why they fail”. We can fit them in on Thursday March 30th from 1.50pm to 4pm. Are you able to help us? Please email asap if you can…”
Of course we were only too happy to oblige… and for that:
“Chris – thanks for a great exposition today. The girls will have learnt loads from your lively quick-fire style.”
Not only was the complete module covered from start to finish BUT the two other modules as well! A great day for all – as the pictures show.
Note that in several of these pictures the Dystonia Society poster is on display. This was referred to during the brief talk about dystonia.
Final comment: “Chris – thanks for a great exposition today. The girls will have learnt loads from your lively quick-fire style.” Frances Britten (Mrs) Examinations Officer A/AS levels
